BLERIM DZEMAILI has been placed on a standby list for Switzerland's Euro 2008 campaign.

The midfielder was unable to force his way into Gary Megson's first team plans after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury he sustained prior to his arrival at the Club, but may get the opportunity of a full international recall.

The Swiss squad will now undergo a training camp in Lugano from 19 to 29 May, while coach Jakob Kuhn has until 28 May to announce his final 23-player squad for the tournament, which Switzerland are co-hosting with Austria.
