Dave, a lifelong Bolton Wanderers supporter, was co-writer and co-star of Phoenix Nights, writer and co-star of Dead Man Weds and Magnolia; presenter of Bullseye and team captain on four hit series of 8 out of 10 Cats.

This informal evening, with three-course dinner included, will take place in the magnificent surroundings of the Premier Suite.
