JOIN BOLTON Wanderers Cheerleading Dance Academy

Have you ever watched amazed from the sidelines as the Reebok Rebels wowed the spectators in a packed Reebok Stadium and wished you could be there?

Well now you too can learn to be a cheerleader with a new dance academy here at the Reebok.

Launched at the start of last season, the latest initiative from the Promotions department at Bolton Wanderers is the Bolton Wanderers Dance Academy, a group where young girls can learn some cheerleading moves and meet other like-minded girls.

The Dance Academy is attracting new members all the time with girls wanting to keep fit and learn some new moves in the process.

Everyone who attends home games at the Reebok Stadium will be aware of the Reebok Rebels, a troupe of cheerleaders who cheer the team on during match days and that is where the idea for a Dance Academy started.

It gives young girls aged 4-13 the opportunity to have a great time while learning the skills of cheerleading and dancing and is proving to be very popular among youngsters in and around the Bolton area.

The Reebok Rebels were started in 2001 and have since grown in numbers and have a team selected for each match day to take to the pitch and entertain the fans prior to kick-off.

The Dance Academy training takes place every Wednesday evening and is split into different age groups for different sessions, all organised by a fully qualified cheerleader coach.

Ages 5-8years old 6pm-7pm

Ages 9-13years old 7.15pm - 8.15pm
