Heidar Helugson joined Wanderers from Fulham for an undisclosed fee during the summer.
The Icelandic international agreed a three-year contract after passing a medical.
Helguson, who is also an Iceland international, previously played for Watford and Lillestrom. He joined Fulham in 2005 for £1.3m from Watford and signed a four year contract.
He is known for his aerial prowess. Despite being relatively short for a frontman, his giant leap and positioning skills make him a lethal header of the ball. His other notable characteristic is his huge work-rate.
